March 20th, 2025 09:42 pmi forgot to record weights idk im tired even if i did it was embarassing asf because i was incredibly weak today probably because i'm due to start my menstrual cycle sometime in the next two weeks and my estrogen is dipping and that is Nawt Good. but heres the specific excercises i did im not putting pictures because im tired
